Should I turn my T-Mobile Motorola RAZR V3t in to get a Samsung t629 do to its camera?

My camera is ok but not where its suppose to be. I know its just a phone and serve the puropse as a phone but I just want to take a few pictures on the go and it seems a little week . I like the Samsung t629 from the beginning and the only turn back was that it had a 64 MB SD Memory card with it and the Motorola RAZR V3t had a 64 MB Memory card with it. Should I turn it in yes or no?
