It's a pretty basic and old flip phone. It's actually my dad's and I'm having trouble finding and kind of call restrict list.
I've also asked my wireless provider for help. They said they could not black the number.

You could either activate call barring in your phone to block all incoming calls. But then it blocks " ALL INCOMING CALLS". Otherwise, you could call your service provider to report a specific number as a prank caller or something. Hope this helps.

Three ways that you can transfer files:
1. If you have a flash card reader, just remove you mmc card from your phone and insert it into the flash card reader and copy the file into a designated location in your pc.
2. Using bluetooth. If you have a bluetooth dongle, connect it into the USB port, and set it up. A cd software usually comes with it. Then activate your phone bluetooth to transfer files over the air. Instant wireless connection!
3. If you have a USB cable, using the software provided by Nokia, you can transfer files in via the cable connected to the pc from the phone.
