I am looking to replace a Razr and want a simple flip phone that has long talk time/batt. life, mp3/music ringtones and downloadable wallpaper. The phone must be usable on the Cingular - AT&T network.

What price range are you looking for?
My first answer is the 6126 from Nokia. I've heard some really great things about the phone, and it's supposed to be amazing. Another phone that you could go with is the Samsung C417, a lot of my friends have it, and they claim to it's great reception and durability.
