Attorney: Driver was not using cell phone in deadly JI connector accident
Attorney David Aylor says that the driver of a van was not using a cell phone at the time of an accident that killed a man on the James Island connector. Aylor said in a statement released Thursday, that his client, Greg Rupley, is fully cooperating with police and gave his cell phone to investigators.
