I am getting a new phone soon (I need to get it before next Thursday). I am not sure which kind would be best but I know I want a flip phone because I like the look and the functionality better.
Any maker is fine (Motorola, LG, Nokia, etc, etc) and I don't care how high the price is.

It's a pretty basic and old flip phone. It's actually my dad's and I'm having trouble finding and kind of call restrict list.
I've also asked my wireless provider for help. They said they could not black the number.

You could either activate call barring in your phone to block all incoming calls. But then it blocks " ALL INCOMING CALLS". Otherwise, you could call your service provider to report a specific number as a prank caller or something. Hope this helps.
