I am in the US. definately need a quad band phone. Can someone please help, I got spoiled with the RAZR but couldn't hear out of it very well and want a flip phone.

It's a pretty basic and old flip phone. It's actually my dad's and I'm having trouble finding and kind of call restrict list.
I've also asked my wireless provider for help. They said they could not black the number.

You could either activate call barring in your phone to block all incoming calls. But then it blocks " ALL INCOMING CALLS". Otherwise, you could call your service provider to report a specific number as a prank caller or something. Hope this helps.
