I have the Samsung U740 duel flip phone. Last night the screen wouldn't switch from horizontal to vertical. I shut the phone off and it seemed to be fixed. Today, the screen is stuck in vertical mode. I turned the phone off and took out the battery. The screen will still NOT switch back and forth. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

maybe you tried this but... while the phone is on just take the battery out.. if it doesnt work and you still have a warranty call and ask them to send u a free replacement phone
