Usually, if you just wait a few hours, the problem will be resolved - no company wants their web page down for very long; they don't make any money that way! If you can't get to ANY pages, then the phone's settings probably need to be changed. You can call T-Mobile at 1-800-937-8997, and they can help you if the phone has developed problems with settings, connectivity, etc. If that is the only page that you can’t display, then it’s probably the page itself that’s having the problem.
