If that is the only page that you can’t display, then it’s probably the page itself that’s having the problem. Usually, if you just wait a few hours, the problem will be resolved – no company wants their web page down for very long; they don’t make any money that way!

If you can’t get to ANY pages, then the phone’s settings probably need to be changed. You can call T-Mobile at 1-800-937-8997, and they can help you if the phone has developed problems with settings, connectivity, etc.
